Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receipt date for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders at no cost to you.
If you need to exchange your unworn, unwashed item for another size, contact us at email@example.com with your order information to request a pre-paid shipping label.
Sometimes mistakes happen, and if there is something wrong with your shirt, you can exchange it for another or request a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a second email within 3 business days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your items(s) is/are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately through your original method of payment. If you are not approved, your item(s) may be returned to you if you choose to cover the shipping costs.
Please note that it can take up to 5-7 business days for your charges to be reversed by your bank. If you have not received an approved refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank first.
